Exclusion Day for students with incomplete immunizations is February 17th

State Exclusion Day is February 17th. Please update your student's school immunization records to make sure we have up to date information.

If your child needs an immunization, please contact your doctor.

Immunizations are available at Lane County Public Health by appointment. 135 E. 6th Ave, Eugene. Phone: 541-682-4041.

Willamette High School also offers immunization to students with OHP and/or no insurance. Call 541-607-9707.

Bethel Health Services

Bethel Health Services offers student health assessments, consultations and screenings. In addition, qualified students are provided referrals for free and reduced-cost medical, vision, dental and mental health care, as well as immunizations and short term financial help with prescription medications.

Sherine Forrest RN,BSN, is the school nurse for Clear Lake, Irving, Meadow View, Prairie Mountain and Shasta schools. For more information call 607-1492.

Jennifer Garland-Warren, District Mental Health Specialist

Jennifer Garland-Warren, M.Ed.  is the Mental Health Specialist for the district.  Her office is at Willamette High School and she provides individual and family counseling on an on-going basis for students enrolled in Bethel schools.  She also provides crisis counseling, connects students and families with resources and support in the community, facilitates support groups, and completes risk assessments.  For more information please call 607-1498.
